Product Support Forum

Often what makes the difference in your experience with a product is the support you receive when you have a question or problem. We've tried to develop products that are intuitive and easy to use, but there are still going to be times when you have questions.

With that in mind Rteamsite has come up with a number of ways to provide the support needed to make your experience with our products positive.

Prior to Purchase
You may have any number of questions before making the decision to buy. We want you to feel comfortable before you purchase a product that you're making a wise decision.

    Support Options
  • Product Demo Sites - Each product page has a link to a sample site that you can explore to see what the product has to offer.
  • Want to try out the admin area before purchase? Just send an email to: don@rteamsite.com and request a link and password to an admin demo where you can try out the product.
  • Site FAQ (frequently asked questions) page. Many people have the same questions and this is the page that lists those out to help answer questions you may have.
  • Support Forum - We leave our support forum available to everyone. You can read through the posts to get a feel for the product and the issues that customers are talking about. There's also a pre-purchase area for you to ask additional questions.
  • Email - If we haven't covered it on the site, send an email with your question and we'll be happy to give you an answer.

As a Customer

    Support Options
  • Support Forum - We leave our support forum available to everyone. Product questions can be posted to the forum and searched. Rteamsite checks the forum daily and tries to respond to all inquiries in a timely fashion.
  • Page level help - In the admin area there is page level help provided on most pages. These will explain the purpose and provide helpful information.
  • Product manual - Available in the admin area the product manual explains many common tasks that are performed while maintaining your site.
  • Admin FAQ - Within the admin area a frequently asked questions page will help you with many common questions about maintaining your site.
  • Email - If we haven't covered it or you can't find it you can always email your question. We try to keep on top of and reply quickly to all email requests.
  • Phone - Occasionally it's necessary to ask a real person a question. When you purchase a product you'll be given a support phone number that you can use for any question you may have.
