      Adrenaline Rush Elite14U ADRENALINE RUSH Team Philosophy The ADRENALINE RUSH is a 14U travel softball team based out of Chelsea, Alabama. We are dedicated to getting our players exposure to college scouts and work with each player on working towards a college scholarship. Our team is instructed with enthusiatic, fast-paced practices by experienced ACE Certified coaches. We want our RUSH players to LOVE the game of softball while also learning how to play at their maximum potential and of course WIN GAMES. Our organization does not equate competitiveness with miserable, long, boring traditional practices or yelling down and humiliating players for mistakes. At this age, if a player makes an error, they know it. If a player makes an error we will discuss that with them one-on-one and we know that yelling down a player only takes the enthusiasm out of the game. We use positive reinforcement and it does work. We are preparing players by teaching them FUNDAMENTALS of throwing, hitting, fielding, base running and positional training. This is preparation to play in front of and possess the correct fundamentals that college scouts look for in prospects. This means that we push the players to be excellent at whatever they do in softball. We teach mental and physical toughness, use high-level, fast-paced training techniques. Our pirmary goal is to grow this team into WINNERS that learn to WIN through hard-work, discipline, sportsmanship and character.

   Directions to Chelsea Softball Fields:
Take Hwy 280 East from Birmingham. Once in Chelsea, you will come to a main intersection & red light. You will see McDonalds on the left, Winn Dixie on the right. Turn right at that light. Go to the next light and turn right on Hwy 39. You will pass Chelsea Middle School on your left. Continue past the baseball field and you will see Chelsea Rec Park on the right. Turn right there and take an immediate right to the fields.
