Yard Waste Fundraiser November 6th - Thank YOU to all who participated
 Thank YOU to all the players, parents and coaches who participated in the Yard Waste Fundraiser at the Arden Hills Compost Site on November 6th. With an average of 100 cars per hour, everyone stayed busy and we collected more than we budgeted! Well done teams! The funds for this fundraiser will help to keep costs down for all teams. It was great to see participation from all teams and the coaches too! Game Recaps - Week 1
Friday, September 2 The B Squad traveled to Robbinsdale Cooper and WON over the Hawks to stay undefeated. The C Squad traveled to St. Louis Park and lost to the Orioles.
Thursday September 1
The Varsity and JV traveled to Fridley on Thursday, Sept 1 to take on the Tigers. The JV started things off with a dominating 8-1 win. The Varsity wasn't able to follow in their success and lost 3-0.
Tuesday, August 30
The regular Season started off in a big way for the B-Squad with a 3-0 win over Mounds View! Varsity and JV both lost to Mounds View. C-Squad lost a close game to Mounds View.

KNIGHTS SHOWCASE AUGUST 25TH - 27TH!
The 2011 Season kicked off in a big way for both Boys and Girls programs, with the KNIGHTS SHOWCASE Tournament August 25th - 27th at our own Wendt Stadium. Click here for schedules > BOYS GIRLS
Game Results from the opening round:
Varsity Boys lost to eventual champion Henry Sibley 4-0
JV Boys won an exciting overtime shootout (3-2) to WIN over Henry Sibley which put them into the Championship Game.
Final Round Results
The Varsity Knights lost to East Ridge 6-1. Jose Macareno-Ocempo scored the Knights' first goal of the season.
JV Team 2nd Place Champs!  Congratulations to the JV who took 2nd place! They lost a close game to East Ridge 3-1. During the game, Goalie Brad H. took a kick in the chest and landed on his back. He ended up with a broken rib and collapsed lung. He was hospitalized for a few days and is now home recovering. He would really like to hear from his teammates. Send him a text message and tell him we need him back soon! We all wish him a speedy recovery.

The First Annual Varsity vs Alumni Game was a HUGE success! Over 20 alumni players from Irondale going back as far as 1987 came to play against our Varsity Team Saturday morning August 20th. The Varsity won the game 4-1 during a fun but hard fought battle.  The Alumni Team prior to the game. How many do you recognize?  Varsity players vs Alumni player in the First Annual Game.
