Paul Denton - BIO
Paul grew up in England playing soccer as soon as he could walk. After captaining the University of Birmingham soccer team he went on to play semi-professionally in southern England. In 1988 he moved to California and while at Stanford, Paul captained the two-time intramural champions. He later took up indoor soccer in the mid nineties. Paul started coaching in San Carlos AYSO when his daughter started playing at the age of four. He has coached her teams throughout five years of AYSO and eight years of CYSA all within San Carlos. Paul also started the SC Flames team five years ago which his son Matthew plays on. Paul has been involved in San Carlos United for the last eight years holding several roles within the club.
