Off-Season Conditioning 2011-2012
 
An OPEN conditioning program for ALL area high school age players will begin the week of October 31, 2011.
This program will consist of a dynamic warm-up and stretch, plyometric training, core exercises, and speed and agility drills.  ANY player, freshman thru senior, is welcome to attend.  In the past, we have had players from Crestwood, Weatherly, MMI, Marian, Central Columbia, and Tamaqua, in addition to our HAHS players.
 
*** Beginning February 4, 2012, our off season conditioning will change. Position players will report at 8:00AM on Saturday, 2/4/12.  Pitchers and catchers will report at 9:00AM to continue our throwing program.
 
Throwing for position players will be Saturdays at 8:00AM, Mondays at 4:00, Wednesdays at 7:00PM
Throwing will take place for pitchers/catchers .on Saturdays at 9:00, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:00
 
All participants must complete a waiver before beginning the workouts.  Waiver forms are available here.
