Stallions Baseball Club

The Stallions Baseball Club moved its SLABA program to St. Charles County in 2008 following the decision to split American National West into separate programs. Timberland and Holt are the program’s base schools, although players from Fort Zumwalt West, Fort Zumwalt South, Fort Zumwalt North, Fort Zumwalt East, Troy, and all private schools or “open” public schools not belonging to another SLABA program are eligible to play. The Stallions play their home games at TR Hughes Ballpark, Timberland High School, and Founders Park.

The Stallions SLABA program, a charter member of the league, was previously based until 2007 in North St. Louis County with Hazelwood Central and Hazelwood East as its base schools. The program began in SLABA in 1988 as Glasgow Village, operated as Sportsprint from 1993-1998, was sponsored by the Northside Optimist Club from 1999-2001, and was known as the Sportsprint Stallions through 2007.

The program has attained much postseason success through the years, including trips to the 18U Pastime National Championships in 2011, 17U NABF World Series in 2011, 18U NABF World Series in 2010 and 2005, the 18U PONY World Series in 2002, 16U PONY Regional Finals in 2009, the 15U AABC Mickey Mantle World Series in 2004, the 15U NABF Regional Finals in 1994, the 16U PONY Regional Finals in 2003, and the 18U PONY Regional Finals in 2003.
