Spring Slugger's Road to Omaha
The many miles and hours on the road were well worth it when the Sluggers brought home hardware from the SlumpBuster.  After winning two of the three seed games, Sluggers were in the division 2 bracket.  The first bracket game the Sluggers sent the Rock Falls Rockets back to Illinois. The next day, the Sluggers sent home the Texas Seminals and McHenry County Rampage also from Illinois. The Sluggers made it to the Championship game! Sluggers fell short of runs against the Action Baseball Club, also from Texas, to win the game but had a very successful and memorable trip.  The pitching, bats, and gloves were phenominal!  The boys played the best they have ever played and the coaches coached the best they could coach.  Their hard work pays off again!  Go Sluggers!
