The Giants traveled up the hill to Tassajara Park for a game with the El Cerrito Eagles on this bright Saturday morning. All of the ingredients for an enjoyable day at the ballpark were present. Sunny skies? Check! Green grass? Check! Umpires? Check! Giants in uniform? Check! Well, almost everything -- there were no El Cerrito Eagles to be found. As a result, the Giants won today's game 6-0 by forfeit.
