"Midnight Madness!" - Bombers maintain perfect fall record and win again in Dripping Springs! (Oct. 10)
The Bombers improved their record to 6-0 and captured their 2nd consecutive championship of the fall season (and 4th consecutive, overall). Dominant batting, pitching, and defense were on display throughout the day and well into the night as the Bombers bested three new opponents - the South Tx. Drillers, HC Baseball, and the Hays Jets - by the combined score of 40-8. The Championship Game vs. the Jets ended at nearly 11pm and the Bombers did not get back to the Boerne area until well after midnight. Fortunately for the boys, schools were closed on Monday in observance of the Columbus Day holiday; many bleary-eyed parents were not quite as lucky!
