2009-10 Baseball Season
Open gym - starts January 31st.
PLEASE NOTE: TIME CHANGE FOR SUNDAY, FEB. 7TH ONLY
OPEN GYM WILL RUN FROM 2 P.M.- 4 P.M.
Location: All gyms
Time: 5:30 p.m.
Booster Parents are needed for supervision...please contact Mr. Colwell for details.
Core Training - starts January 25th
Location: Weight Room
Time: 6,7,8 p.m.
Cost: $60 (make checks payable to the homerun club)
Sign up in coach Fink's office. The training is open to all high school athletes. There is a handout available that provides details about the training.
Any baseball questions please contact your coach at your playing level. Coaches email can be found under the edit column 'Volunteer/login' or if it is during the off-season please email avisfink@hotmail.com.
